Learn the art of Pole Fitness with a combination of stretch and aerobics.

Pole Fitness lessons at Body Couture are designed by our qualified instructors to cover all ages, weights, and fitness levels.

    After an initial assessment a carefully constructed pole fitness programme will be put together for you. This will be designed to increase your strength and build up your fitness and learn some basic pole moves.


    Once you have become accustomed to the pole and started to build up your strength and fitness level then the intermediate class will introduce you to learning some positions, built around climbs, spins, holds etc.

    Pole stretch class and pole yoga class also available.


    Having built up your core strength and fitness level as well as having learnt some positions the advanced class will teach you advanced moves including inverted positions and how to put together routines with transistions that will amaze your friends and family!

    The Body Couture Group Fitness Class is also a great way of making new friends!
